VP of Business Development

Quest Labs is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as the Vice President of Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering early relationships and securing new clients for our simulation and SaaS services. Experience in helping launch and grow new products and defining markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the business development strategy, identifying new market opportunities and target clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting our solutions effectively

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address client requirements

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify business development opportunities

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads and promote our services

  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the executive team

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the simulation or technology industry

  • Experience in helping launch and grow new products and defining markets is a plus

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue generation

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
