Are you a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead and drive impactful projects? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team and take charge of scoping and managing projects while effectively coordinating technical teams.

As a Technical Project Manager at Quest Labs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to define project goals, establish project plans, and manage resources to meet objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the scoping and planning of projects, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines

• Coordinate and manage technical teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment on project goals and priorities

• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress, milestones, and dependencies

• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues, and ensuring timely resolution of project challenges

• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and project sponsors

• Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations

• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence within the project teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Program/Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects in a technical environment

• Strong project management skills, including scoping, planning, resource management, and risk mitigation

• Solid understanding of technical concepts, game engines like Unity3D, and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams

• Experience managing Agile/Scrum methodologies and using project management tools

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve project objectives

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate and resolve project challenges

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience in a technical role or working with technical teams

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum)
