Program Overview

Quest Labs SPC is excited to announce our Referral Program for our interactive simulation platform, Storyteller Studio. This program is designed to reward individuals who refer new clients to us, helping to expand our community and grow our business.

About Storyteller Studio

Storyteller Studio (storytellerstud.io) streamlines the creation and deployment of highly engaging and effective simulation learning at enterprise scale. With our intuitive “no-code” content management system (CMS), anyone can create and edit interactive stories in seconds, without any technical knowledge. Our studio team partners with teams and organizations to evolve their digital training and learning, working with them from strategy and design to deployment and ongoing support.

Eligibility

• Who can participate: The referral program is open to friends, family, current clients, vendors, and partners of Quest Labs SPC. Employees of Quest Labs SPC are not eligible for referral rewards.

• Referral criteria: Referrals must result in a new client signing and initiating a project with Quest Labs SPC.

Referral Reward

• Incentive: A flat fee of $1,000 for each successful referral.

• Payment terms: The referral fee will be payable within 60 days of Quest Labs SPC receiving the initial project funds from the new client.

• Payment methods: Referral fees can be paid by check or Visa gift card, based on the referrer’s preference.

How It Works

1. Referral Introduction: Introduce the potential new client to us via email or another direct communication method.

2. Client Engagement: We will engage with the referred client and proceed through our standard sales and onboarding process.

3. Project Kickoff: If the referred client signs a contract and kicks off a project with us, we will notify you of the successful referral.

4. Referral Fee Payment: Within 60 days of receiving the initial project funds from the new client, we will process your referral fee payment by check or Visa gift card.

Terms and Conditions

1. Valid Referrals: A referral is considered valid only if the referred client is not already in contact with Quest Labs SPC or part of our existing client base.

2. Single Referral Credit: Only one referrer will be eligible for the referral fee for each new client. If multiple referrals are received for the same client, the referral fee will be awarded to the first person to refer the client.

3. Payment Conditions: The referral fee is payable only after Quest Labs SPC has received the initial project funds from the new client.

4. Tax Reporting: Referral fees are subject to tax reporting requirements. Participants will be required to provide necessary tax information, and appropriate tax documents will be issued for total payments exceeding the reporting threshold.

5. Program Changes: Quest Labs SPC reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Ethical Considerations

• • Transparency and Integrity: Participants must disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Referrals should be made in good faith and based on genuine relationships.

• • Disclosure Requirement: Referrers must inform the potential new client of their financial incentive for making the referral.

• • Eligible Participants: Employees of Quest Labs SPC are not eligible for referral rewards to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure impartial recommendations.

• • Compliance and Monitoring: Quest Labs SPC will regularly monitor the referral program for compliance with ethical standards and may audit referral activities to ensure adherence to program guidelines.

• • Objective Referral Criteria: Referral fees are only payable after the referred client signs a contract and makes an initial payment, ensuring that the referral is based on a genuine business need.
